Mindfulness Chair Yoga

A weekly guided chair yoga class.

Registration for January classes will open on December 28.

Registration for February Classes will open January 22.

Mindfulness Chair Yoga – Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m.

This weekly chair yoga practice will focus on body awareness, breath work, strength, stability, mindfulness, and meditation. Yoga blankets will be provided, but bring your own if you prefer. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring your water bottle.

Connie has been teaching, and learning since 2014 when, at age 68, she completed her initial 200 hours at Three Trees in Federal Way, WA.

Class Cancellations: You must give at least 48 hours notice for a one-time transfer to a different class, cancellation or refund request. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the registered class. Class Reminders for In-Person Events

1.  Registration Required: Due to limited capacity and social distancing measures, all classes and lectures require online registration prior to attending. Walk-in guests will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

2.  Updated Participation Waiver: Attendees will be asked to sign a one-time waiver upon attending or returning to your first class.
