The Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) serves nearly 13,000 members in the tribal communities of Parker, AZ; Peach Springs, AZ; Supai, AZ; Havasu Lake, CA; and Moapa, NV. CRSU is headquartered at Parker Indian Health Center in Parker, AZ. Our facilities are accredited through The Joint Commission. Examples of services provided at each facility are listed below. Patients requiring inpatient surgical procedures and complex medical care are referred to Phoenix Indian Medical Center or contract-care hospitals.

About Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC): This 17-bed Critical Access Hospital provides the American Indian/Alaskan Native community with general medical services. Specialty outpatient services are provided on-site by IHS or off-site referrals. PIHC serves approximately 7,850 patients.
