What kinds of diagnoses qualify for hospice?
Appropriate hospice diagnoses include, but are not limited to the following:
ALS, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Cancer, Cardiac Diseases, CVA (Stroke), Diabetes, HIV, Liver Disease, Neurological Disorders, Protein Calorie Malnutrition, Renal Diseases, Respiratory/Pulmonary Diseases.
