Coronado Dental’s team of local providers and administrative staff are proud to have served the senior living community since 1994. Our services are rooted in public health and ensuring that all patients are provided with exceptional care throughout each stage of their life. We are extremely grateful for all of the connections made and impact delivered to patients throughout the Phoenix and Tucson areas.
HOW IT WORKS
We make it easier for you to see a dentist by bringing them directly to you. All consent forms and treatment plans are reviewed up front so that there are no surprises down the road.
1. CONNECT WITH CORONADO DENTAL
Our Care Coordinators are just a phone call away and able to get you started with receiving care. Provide community information and facesheets to get started.
2. RECEIVE ON-SITE CARE
Once a date is scheduled, our dental team will plan a visit to your senior living community or care facility. All dental services will either be provided bed-side or in an agreed upon meeting room.
3. MEET YOUR DENTIST
Every patient’s first visit is with a dentist for a comprehensive initial exam. At this appointment, you will receive a personalized care plan and be assessed on your specific oral health needs.
4. REACH ORAL HEALTH GOALS
Now that care is established, we team up to keep your smile healthy and bright! Coronado Dental’s model emphasizes prevention and makes oral hygiene the star of the show.
